Abstract
The presence of women in diverse and numerous social activities in the process of the victory of the revolution and after it brought a new type of women's activism to the fore, which was different from the type of social role-playing of women in the traditional and modern approach and actually presented a new model. Although this new approach did not continue in the years after the war, but careful consideration of its examples can be a guide for us today. The activity of women in war support centers and specifically the tailoring workshop of Isfahan University is one of the examples of this activism. The purpose of this research is to investigate the lived experience of these women with the phenomenological method. For this purpose, an in-depth and semi-structured interview was conducted with 16 active women in the sewing workshop. The findings show that this activity has led to the recovery of social identity for women. A social identity in which they grow and feel satisfied and efficient. This also happens in a coherent, flexible and efficient structure. A structure that understands the requirements of women's life. For example, while paying attention to order and precision, it has the necessary flexibility. She pays attention to the importance of the role of wife and mother and defines the work as part-time and opens a kindergarten in the same half-day so that mothers can bring their children with them without worry. Also, this structure pays attention to the growth of women in other dimensions and does not only take services from them. It defines different cultural activities for them both in the workshop environment and next to the workshop so that these women gain different capabilities. The atmosphere that governs the network of relationships in this workshop is a sublime space, so that the network of human relationships is based on divine nature and values. In the meantime, the way families face the change in women's roles is different, but in general, it can be said that with the change in the mental and heart atmosphere of the society, which originated from the views and statements of Imam Khomeini (RA) about the importance of women's presence in the political system, the majority of Iranian society has changed the role of women. It has accepted in cultural, social and political fields
