Framework for Structuring Policy Research Papers Due to the nature and policy focus of this journal, the structure, development, and categorization of articles in this journal differ from other journals. Given the diversity of policy issues and topics, the following proposed framework can primarily be used for articles that aim to present new policy ideas to solve a specific problem. Therefore, it may be less applicable to other topics where authors address issues such as forecasting, policymaking or decision-making processes, presenting new and creative ideas, analyzing the content of high-level documents, and the like. The framework for such articles may be closer to the common frameworks of applied research papers, but it is still expected that such analyses will be aimed at providing practical and operational strategies to the executive branch and cultural institutions of the country. It is expected that the format or framework for presenting articles will be as follows:
