Arranging and editing scientific articles

According to the nature and policy of the quarterly magazine, the way of organizing, compiling and tabulating the articles in this magazine has differences from other magazines. Of course, considering the variety of political issues and issues, the following proposed framework can be used mainly for articles that intend to present new policy ideas to solve a certain problem. Therefore, in other topics, the authors deal with issues such as future studies, policy making or decision making processes, presenting new and creative ideas, analyzing the content of upstream documents and such topics. It is less implementable. The framework of such articles can be close to the common frameworks of practical-research articles, but in any case, it is expected that such analyzes are also aimed at providing executive and practical strategies to the executive system and cultural institutions of the country. It is expected that the format or framework of presenting articles, if possible, should be done as follows:

1) Title and abstract and keywords: In the abstract, the problem (policy problem), the way to achieve solutions and especially the solutions must be clearly stated.

2) Problem formulation: Since political research studies are conducted with the approach of problem solving or problem management (problem-centered), the authors must prove the problem in stating the problem, state the evidence and proofs of the existence of the problem, its precedents and destructive consequences for the country's cultural system. do Here, it is appropriate for the readers to familiarize themselves with the dimensions and levels of the specific cultural problem, issue, crisis or challenge.

3) Background review: Critical evaluation of previous researches that analyzed the problem and presented strategy with a policy research approach.

4) Review of policy records: introduction and critical analysis of the set of measures, policies, strategies and programs implemented or being implemented to solve or manage the problem during the past few decades in Iran or other countries and in general in different analysis units (organizations, companies) , governments, different periods of time, etc.) with a comparative approach and with the aim of using political experiences, failures, successes and political learning

It should be emphasized here that the methodology of political articles should be data-oriented (evidence-oriented) and based on objective and tangible information and experiences. These methods should be rooted in the literature of strategic studies, policy studies and strategic planning, and the article should, as a rule, use mixed data and mixed methodology. Mentioning the validity and reliability of the findings is also important.

6) Presentation of strategies: In this section, it is expected that the authors will express the findings in a (mixed) methodological framework (especially by criticizing and evaluating global and Iranian experiences to solve the problem as well as explaining the input values) in accordance with their specialized orientation, goals, strategies, Express their desired policies and programs in a revised, categorized and detailed manner.

7) According to the nature of the policy research articles, it is suggested that the respected authors discuss additional topics such as how to evaluate the proposed policies and measures, institutional mapping and division of national and inter-sectoral work (for the implementation of policies), requirements and obstacles to implementation and implementation, how to allocate and provide resources and Pay attention.

Respected authors should note that the audience or customers of these articles are the country's policy makers and planners. In addition, the judging criteria of the judges of the quarterly will be based on the above considerations, especially "the political achievements and findings of the article", and therefore, the presentation of general, brief, repetitive and non-value-added Added Values findings and strategies for the policy authorities of the country will cause the rejection of the articles. .

The method of writing sources and sources
