The cultural concept of good governance has penetrated all levels of government and private organizations and is the basis for the optimal implementation of affairs based on social duties.
Purpose: The purpose of the current research is to present a cultural model of good governance in the departments that oversee the performance of the government.
From the point of view of the inductive research method, and from the point of view of the objective, fundamental, and from the point of view of the method of data collection, it is considered a descriptive and correlational research, and in terms of the method of data processing (qualitative). The statistical population of the research included the experts of the departments that monitor the performance of the government (Country Court of Accounts, Ministry of Finance, General Inspection Organization of the country) and 12 people were selected by purposeful sampling and snowball approach until theoretical saturation was reached. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview based on interpretive phenomenology.
Findings: The findings of the research introduced 6 categories as causal factors, central phenomenon, strategy, intervening and background factors, and consequences of the cultural implementation of good governance.
Based on the results of the research, it can be said that according to the concepts presented in the paradigm model of the current research, the process of cultural implementation of good governance can be improved.
